This article will walk you through changing status for one contact in your account.
1. Go to the 'Contacts' dashboard.
2. Find the relevant contact record by using the search box (or the magnifying glass icon).
3. Once you find the relevant record, hover over and click 'Edit' on the right hand side.
4. On the Contact Profile page, find the Status drop-down on the right-hand side.
5. Using the 'Status' drop down menu, select desired status (for instance held or unsubscribed).
6. Click 'Save' button.
