The term "footer" refers to the automatically appended information to outgoing campaigns that identify the sender. Footers include the sender name and physical address, an option to unsubscribe, a forward to a friend link, and a privacy policy link. All accounts are setup with at least one default footer. See example footer in the image below:
Notes
- At the very least each footer must contain the name of the sender, a physical street address, and a functional unsubscribe link.
- The default footer can be disabled as long as it's approved by our Deliverability team. Contact Support for more information.
