Zapier Integration Overview

What is Zapier?

Zapier is a third party app that connects one or more apps (including Delivra) to each other through API services. In practice, Zapier acts as a trigger-to-action service meaning a trigger in one app (Formstack, for example) can fire one or more actions to another app (Delivra, for example). You can also setup triggers that create actions in multiple apps (a new Formstack submission creates a lead in Salesforce and a new contact in Delivra, for example).

Depending on the apps chosen to connect, triggers and actions may vary. Below are a few examples of the triggers & actions offered by a Zapier connection:

Trigger --> Action
A new lead from a Facebook Ad --> Creates a new contact in Delivra

A new form submission from Gravity --> Adds the Delivra contact to a category

An abandoned cart in Shopify --> Sends a basic transactional email from Delivra

What does it cost?

Some app connections can be accessed for free while others are considered premium and will require a paid Zapier plan. You can visit Zapier's pricing page to learn more. A Zapier plan (even a free one) is required to use this integration with Delivra.

What is required to use this integration?

1. As mentioned above, a Zapier plan is required.
2. A Delivra account is required.
3. A Delivra account administrator with API access is required.
