Use Delivra's Engagement scoring to create Segments.
HOW-TO
Example 1: To find contacts that are not engaged, follow the below steps:
Go to Segments dashboard to begin
- Click Regular on the left menu
- Give your segment a name and a description.
- Select a storage folder (optional)
- Click "Create a Clause"
- Select "Engagement"
- Select "less than or equal to" from "Contact engagement is" drop down menu
- Enter 0 as value.
- Click "OK" to insert.
- Click Save or Save & Test
Example 2: To find contacts that are engaged, follow the below steps:
Go to Segments dashboard to begin
- Click Regular on the left menu
- Give your segment a name and a description.
- Select a storage folder (optional)
- Click "Create a Clause"
- Select "Engagement"
- Select "greater than" from "Contact engagement is" drop down menu
- Enter 0 as value.
- Click "OK" to insert.
- Click Save or Save & Test
NOTES
**Engagement is not subject to data purge settings:
If you wish to cap the clause with a date, for example, has not engaged since join date, you can add a date clause to the engagement clause. You can choose whatever date you like, but it's nice to give contacts 3-12 months to show interest depending on how frequently you send.
Some of your subscribers may have their tracking preferences set to "Not Allowed". In these instances, we are not tracking key behaviors like opens and clicks. You may consider suppressing those whose tracking is set to "Not Allowed" for the most accurate segment.
How-to: Create the clause above first, then add another clause for Date Joined. Set "Find contacts that match" to "all".
