How do I create a Report Group?

You may find a need to roll up the statistics for several different campaigns into one "Report Group" for reporting purposes. You may then view delivery and tracking information for the Report Group as a whole in your Analytics dashboard in a variety of Reports.

Site administrators for multiple-account customers will be able to create Report Groups at the site (not account) level. Learn more here. 

How-To

Create a new Report Group

1. Go to the Analytics dashboard.
2. Click "Report Groups" (left).
3. Click "Add Report Group" in the top-right.
4. Enter name and description.
5. Click "Select Mailings" button to select campaigns to include in the group.
6. Select as many campaigns as you wish from the left and use the arrow buttons to move them to the right. Tip: Use the campaign type drop-down or the keyword search to displayed campaigns listed.
7. Click the "Ok" button when you are done selecting the applicable campaigns.
8. Click the "Save" button to save all settings of the created Report Group, including the campaigns.
    

Create a Report Group after campaigns have already sent

1. Go to the Analytics dashboard.
2. Click "Report Groups" (left).
3. Click "Add Report Group" in the top-right.
4. Enter name and description.
5. Click "Select Mailings" button to select campaigns to include in the group.
6. Use the keyword search box to find the campaign(s) you just sent, if necessary. Drag-and-drop the campaigns (or use the arrows between columns) to move the campaigns to the selected side, left.
7. Click the "Ok" button when you are done.
8. Click the "Save" button.

How to create a Report Group during the Create a Campaign Workflow

1. Open your draft campaign or create a new campaign.
2. On Step 6: Schedule click the "Create New Report Group" button.
   
   
   
   
3. Create a new Report Group OR use the drop down menu and select an existing Report Group.

Notes

1. A Report Group is created automatically for Automated Hello / Confirm campaigns and API Transactional campaigns. These Report Groups are read-only and cannot be edited.
   
   
2. A Report Group is created automatically for any Regular campaign that includes multiple segments.
