It's quite common for customers to receive their own messages as junk or spam. The reason? The mailing contains your company's domain in the From and To fields which is normally interpreted as internal email. However, your receiving server sees that the emails are coming from a 3rd party, Delivra. This is a red flag to many email servers and the result is that your emails are flagged as junk or spam.
To take care of the issue, ask your IT person to white list Delivra's sending domain (ne16.com) or IP range (208.40.253.[0-255]).
