It's quite common for customers to receive their own messages as junk or spam.
The reason? The campaign contains your company's domain in the From and To fields which is normally interpreted as internal email. However, your receiving server sees that the emails are coming from a 3rd party, your ESP. This is a red flag to many email servers and the result is that your emails are flagged as junk or spam.
Resolution
To take care of the issue, ask your IT person to white list our sending domain or IP range.
Delivra's sending domain is "n-email.net"
Domains are associated with the IP that is selected from the pool at the time of sending. Those should all end with n-email.net (Example: 141.193.208.190 is dv8-190.n-email.net.)
Our IP Range is:
- 141.193.208.0/23
- [141.193.208.0 - 141.193.208.255] + [141.193.209.0 - 141.193.209.255]
