Reporting is key to tracking the success of your mailings. Delivra offers over 40 reports. You can access your tracking reports in the Reports dashboard. Descriptions of our most common reports are below:
Report Groups: Accomplish powerful reporting by grouping mailings together.
Account Overview: An overtime report showing statistics and trending for mailings sent within the time frame selected. The dashboard includes Conversion Pipeline, Delivery and Tracking Statistics, Mailed and Received by Month, Subscriber Engagement, Delivery Time, Membership Count and Complaints, and Engagement Activity.
Mailing Overview: A per mailing or per report group report showing the results of sent mailings. The dashboard includes mailing statistics such as Conversions, Delivery Statistics, Hits, Actions, Email Client and Reading Environment information.
Delivery / Tracking Statistics: Statistical information related to delivery and tracking of sent mailings or report groups. This report includes customization capabilities where you may choose which fields to include on the report, and create/save report templates.
Mailing Compare: A per mailings or per report group report that provides the ability to compare the performance of sent mailings. This report includes customization capabilities where you may choose which fields to include on the report, and create/save report templates.
Clickthrough Heatmap: A per mailing visual representation of the number of clicks on each link.

Many other reports are found in the Report dashboard, sorted by Mailings or Contacts.
Choose Fields options: Many reports provide the ability to customize the fields to display. Click ‘Choose Fields’ then select from available and selected fields to create a custom view.
Saving report templates: Delivery Statistics, Tracking Statistics, Mailing Compare reports provide the ability to save report templates to easily access the custom view for future needs. Click ‘Choose Fields’ then select from available and selected field to create a custom view. Once selections are complete, click ‘Save Template’ button. Name the report template and click ‘OK’ to save.
Export reports: Many reports provide the ability to export to PDF, Excel or XML formats. The export option is found in the top right of the report being viewed.
