Any content changes made after a mailing has been saved or scheduled will require an update to the mailing itself. There are two options for updating a saved or scheduled mailing, either in the the mailing, or from the Content file.
a. Update from the content file
- Go to Content
- Click on the content file name to open it
- Click the drop down menu, top right of the screen
- Select 'Update Mailings'
- Check the box for the mailing to update
- Click Ok
b. Update from the Draft or Scheduled mailing
- Go to Mailings
- Click on mailing ID
- Click 'Import Content'
- Select your updated content file
- Save Mailing
