You may re-name contact demographic fields by assigning aliases. This alias is displayed throughout the Delivra interface where that demographic is seen (ex. contact records, segment clauses, merge tags, etc).
Most accounts have 90 fields available for configuration. These fields are available by default, there is not a need to create new fields, you need only edit an existing field. See instructions below.
How-To
Edit existing contact data field
- Navigate to the 'Contacts' dashboard.
- Choose 'Configuration' from the left-side navigation.
- Click the 'Configure Fields' tile.
- Hover over the field you wish to rename and click 'Edit' (on right).
- Locate the text box to change the field name.
- Click 'Save'.

- Unsubscribe Reason
- Name (First, Last, Suffix, Full Name)
- Birthday
- Address (Address, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip, Country, County)
