This article details the process to move a single contact from "normal", "held", "needs-confirm", or "confirm" status to "unsubscribe".
- Go to the 'Contacts' dashboard.
- Find the relevant contact record by using the search box (or the magnifying glass icon).
- Once you find the relevant record, hover over and click 'Edit' on the right hand side.
- Either choose Unsubscribe from the drop-down edit menu OR
- Choose Edit
- On the Contact Profile on the right hand side change the Status from 'normal contact' to 'unsubscribed'.
