This article will take you through removing duplicates from your CSV file BEFORE you import contacts to your account. This process is not necessary in most cases as Delivra will overwrite duplicate addresses on import. See more here.
- Open the CSV file on your computer in Excel.
- Highlight the column of the email addresses.
- Click on "Data" then choose "Sort: A to Z".
- Next click on "Data" and choose 'Remove duplicates' and all duplicates will be removed from the file.
Your account will not duplicate addresses so it may not be necessary to de-dupe your file, unless there is conflicting data for the duplicate records.
