This article details how to add or remove a single contact from a category in Delivra.
- From the Home page, navigate to the "Contacts" dashboard.
- Next, search for the email address to edit using the search bar. Enter email or name for search.
- Once you locate the contact record, click on the e-mail address to see their full contact record.
- Click on their category tab.
- From here, you can see a list of all categories created in your account. You can choose to place check marks in the categories you want that person in or you can un-check the boxes for the categories you no longer want them in.
