You've completed a re-engagement campaign to identify inactive subscribers. What's next?
Subscribers that did not engage should be removed from your regularly used segments or categories. There are a variety of ways to accomplish this like changing a demographic field value to remove the contacts from a segment, creating a specific category for disengaged subscribers, or change their contact status within the system to held (or expired) so they are never mailed to again.
